Clinical roots.
An engineering mindset.

I’m a biomedical engineering MSc student at Università Politecnica delle Marche in Ancona, Italy. My experience in an Ethiopian hospital and biomedical equipment sales gave me a practical view of how healthcare teams use technology.

I’m now building my skills in Python, LLM applications and retrieval-augmented generation. I’m interested in clinical engineering, digital health and AI systems that make information easier to find, understand and use.

Across code and care.

A biomedical foundation, a growing Python toolkit, and a focus on building useful applications around language models.

Languages & data

  • Python
  • MATLAB
  • SQL learning
  • Beautiful Soup & Requests

AI applications

  • OpenAI API
  • RAG & embeddings
  • Prompt design
  • Ollama & local models

Frameworks & workflow

  • Jupyter notebooks
  • uv & GitHub
  • FastAPI next
  • Streamlit next

Biomedical domain

  • Clinical engineering
  • Digital health
  • Physiological modeling
  • MATLAB Simulink

“Next” marks frameworks I plan to use in the projects below.

Real problems.
Projects worth building.

Three portfolio concepts grounded in problems I know. Each has a proposed stack and a build brief; demos and repositories will follow as the projects take shape.

Project concept

Scholarship FAQ assistant

Students and support teams repeat the same scholarship questions. A focused FAQ assistant could explain procedures and required documents using the published call and official guidance.

Proposed stack

  • Python
  • Streamlit
  • FAISS
  • Embeddings

Coursework extension concept

Physiological model explorer

Physiological models can be difficult to interpret from equations alone. An interactive explorer would compare simulated insulin-absorption curves as model parameters change.

Proposed stack

  • MATLAB
  • Simulink
  • Python
  • Streamlit

A foundation
in the real world.
